Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information ABCS Insurance Solutions holds about you, including any data collected through our Facebook applications, our lead-capture forms, or our licensed agent conversations.

1. What data we may hold

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

• Contact information you submitted through abcsinssolutions.com or through a paid Facebook or Instagram ad (name, phone, email, ZIP, date of birth, age-status, current-coverage selection, consent record).
• Notes taken during a licensed agent conversation about your insurance needs.
• Interaction records with our Facebook Page (for example, if you sent us a message or commented on a post).

ABCS Insurance Solutions does not collect or store protected health information ("PHI") through our public web forms or our Facebook applications. Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) numbers and health-related information are collected only after a signed Scope of Appointment during a licensed agent conversation, and are stored in secured agent systems — not in our Facebook applications.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of the data ABCS Insurance Solutions holds about you:

1. Email kyle@abcsinssolutions.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. In the email, include the name, phone number, and email address you used when you submitted a lead form, spoke with our agents, or messaged our Facebook Page — so we can locate every record associated with you.
3. Optional but helpful: tell us approximately when you contacted us (for example, "August 2026 lead from Facebook ad"). This helps us find your record faster.
4. Alternatively, call our office at (248) 705-7783 during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–9pm ET) and ask for a data deletion request.

3. What we will do

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
• We will delete or de-identify the requested personal information within 30 days of confirmation.
• If any specific record must be retained for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons (for example, Medicare marketing consent audit records mandated by CMS, or applicable state insurance recordkeeping requirements), we will tell you which record and why, and delete everything else.
• Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

4. Facebook data specifically

The ABCS Ops Facebook application (App ID 1764890987861917) publishes ABCS's own educational content to the ABCS Insurance Solutions Facebook Page. This application does not store personal information about individual Facebook users. Facebook itself controls all data associated with our Page and its posts, comments, and messages. To manage or delete personal data Facebook holds about you, use Facebook's own tools at facebook.com/help/1701730696756992.

If you have interacted with our Page and want us to delete our own records of that interaction (for example, notes we took after a message conversation), use the email or phone method described above in Section 2.
